The Argyll Velodrome Association provides a home base for numerous groups and clubs including Juventus Soccer which boasts 22 teams that routinely practice on the surrounding fields.  Juventus Cycling Club which is one of Edmonton's largest cycling clubs having members aged from 8 through 80.  Edmonton BMX Association which is Alberta's largest BMX clubs.  Rockers Rugby Club who routinely trains on the surrounding fields.  The Sprokids Program which hosts 140 kids aged 8-11 to teach cycling fundamentals.  The Lori-Ann Muenzeur program which hosts 45 kids aged 11-15.  The Argyll Velodrome Racing Academy which develops high level cyclists.

AVA is also host to The Argyll Velodrome, which is a 333 1/3 meter x 7 meter wide, 33 degree banked concrete surfaced track which was created in 1977.  The Argyll Velodrome provides a training ground for 6 cycling clubs in Edmonton, and is host to over 1200 school kids per year.
